Being potential first time homebuyers during the last few years was very intimidating. We had a general area in mind and a price range we were willing to work with and what we saw at first was discouraging. Months of scouring on-line listings with very little that actually excited us, started to make us think that we would have to 'settle' for something well below our expectations for our first home.

However, as soon as we started working with Andrew things changed. He really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted before anything else. Next thing we knew there was a set of homes that fit exactly what it was that we were looking for AND within our budget. Andrew helped us keep our emotions in check so that we didn't rush into making a decision that wasn't best for us. He explained things very clearly and educated us on what to look for when walking through houses for the first time. The wealth of knowledge that he has and how he explained it made us feel confident that we were going to find the right house for us, and we did.

This house, which is now our home, was by far the best house out of all that we saw and of course was well within our budget. It fit our location, was in a wonderful neighbourhood, had an open concept and backed on to green space - we couldn't have asked for more. Every day we sit in our home and appreciate what we now have.

Andrew and Derek are among the best realtors we could have asked for. As first-time homeowners, navigating an increasingly demanding real-estate market was an intimidating task. Great Experience With The Opus Team
